WHAT IS IT?

A combined laboratory-scale powder processing line consisting of two integrated machines:

• ProCell LabSystem — multi-mode fluid bed unit

• TMG — bench-top high-shear wet granulator

Together, they form a complete wet granulation → fluid bed drying / coating workflow in a single footprint.

ProCell LabSystem — 3 Operating Modes

① Top-Spray Granulation

• Liquid sprayed onto the powder bed

• Builds granules with controlled particle size and bulk density

② Bottom-Spray Coating (Wurster)

• Uniform thin-film coating applied to granule surfaces

• Used for: protection, sustained release, or taste masking

③ Rotor Process

• High-speed rotor creates intense turbulence

• Enables efficient powder mixing and granule densification

TMG High-Shear Wet Granulator

• Design: Bench-top with high-speed chopper blade

• Function: Rapid mixing of powder + liquid binder → uniform wet granules in short cycle

• Integration: Designed to feed directly into ProCell LabSystem for continuous processing
