working principle:
By using high-speed elastic fluid (i.e. airflow) to carry animal material particles through high-speed motion, violent collisions, impacts, and shearing occur between particles and between particles and internal components of the machine, thereby crushing the material to ultrafine particle size. Compressed gas is instantly released through the Laval nozzle, producing an endothermic effect that takes away the heat generated during the crushing process, resulting in the material being crushed at low temperatures.
This crushing method can not only obtain powder products with uniform fineness, high purity, smooth particle surface, and regular shape, but also minimize material contamination during the crushing process, and even achieve a pollution-free and sterile environment.
Therefore, it is particularly suitable for fields such as food and medicine that require extremely high purity.
