A bulk bag (FIBC / ton bag / big bag) discharge station for dust-free powder unloading and downstream transfer to conveying or mixing equipment.

STRUCTURE & COMPONENTS

① Steel Frame + Overhead Electric Hoist

• Blue-painted structural steel frame

• Integrated electric hoist for bulk bag lifting and positioning

• No separate crane required

② Central Discharge Station

• Bulk bag clamping and spout management

• Can be equipped with pneumatic massage / vibration devices to:

  • Prevent powder bridging

  • Ensure complete discharge

③ Sealed Lower Hopper / Transition Bin

• Dust-contained connection to downstream conveying or mixing equipment
